Most of our Universal Docking Stations are cross-platform compatible. Please check the specific product specifications for DisplayLink driver requirements and OS version support.
What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.

How should I clean my Targus backpack or case?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry clean, as this can damage the protective coatings and structural padding.
Do your tablet cases offer drop protection?
Many of our cases, such as the Pro-Tek and VersaVu series, are military-grade drop tested (MIL-STD-810G) to protect your device from falls up to 4 feet.
